- Add all whole garam masala to the ghee.,add chicken and fry till water dries..
- Meanwhile gring fried onion with curd.Keep aside..
- Now add coriander powder, red chilli powder and ginger garluc paste to the chicken,cook for 2 minutes on medium flame..
- Add cashew paste and yoghurt mix,mix well add and add 2 cups of water.Let it be boiled..
- When boiled,add salt.Cover the pan and cook on low -medium flame for 15 minutes or till chicken is soft..
- Add garam masala powder,mace powder and cardemom powder.Mix Adjust gravy according to your desire..
- Cook further for 2 minutes.Put off flame leave for 5 minutes..
- Serve with naan/parathe..
