- The cook it at medium high flame, till 10 minutes then add the puree of onion tomato, ginger garlic paste and add all dry spices..
- After than another 10 minutes of cooking put water and make gravy, then at medium low flame cook it another five minutes..
- Then switch of the gas flame add ghee, totally optional than garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it..
