  18. It's 1 of 28 ounce can diced tomatoes.
  19. Prepare 2 cup of bok choy, chopped.
  20. You need 1/2 tsp of thyme.
  21. It's 1/2 tsp of black pepper and salt to taste.
  22. It's 1 tsp of hot sauce such as franks brand.
  23. You need 2 tsp of lemon juice.
  24. You need 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
