All totally different from one another with different styles Andhra style or hyderabadi style, Madurai style, restaurant style etc.

Chicken 65 Gravy.. Don't be afraid to cook your roux - if needs to be cooked slowly to a blonde stage - like Chef John says it will smell like pie crust. Good chicken stock makes a huge difference with this gravy. If the gravy is too thick, add more broth or drippings liquid. You can have Chicken 65 Gravy.. using 22 ingredients and 6 steps. Ingredients of Chicken 65 Gravy..

  1. You need 1/2 kg of Chicken(boneless).
  2. It's 2 tbspn of corn 🌽 flour.
  3. Prepare 2 tbspn of flour(maida).
  4. Prepare 1 of Egg.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  7. Prepare 3 tbspn of yoghurt.
  8. It's of Red food colour (as required).
  9. You need 1 tbspn of ginger garlic paste.
  10. Prepare 1 tbspn of garlic (chopped).
  11. Prepare 3 of curry leaf.
  12. Prepare 3 of green chillies.
  13. You need 2 tbspn of tomato ketchup.
  14. Prepare 1 pinch of ajino moto.
  15. Prepare 1 of &1/2 tsp chilli sauce.
  16. It's 1 tsp of vinegar.
  17. It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  18. You need 1 tsp of cumin powder.
  19. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  20. You need 1 tbspn of lemon juice.
  21. You need of Oil(as required).
  22. You need of Mint leaves+ fresh cream for garnish.

This delicious spicy chicken is marinated and deep-fried. Red chili powder, curd, curry leaves, and tomatoes are used in the recipe. Then what about making a gravy with it. Try it for the special occasions and make your dine royal.

Chicken 65 Gravy.. step by step

  1. Chicken ko cube ma cut Karein bowl ma ginger garlic paste,black pepper powder,salt,food clr,corn flour,maida, cumin powder, coriander powder,lemon juice,red chilli powder,egg dal kar mix karein..
  2. Deep fry karein golden brown ho jye tu nikal lain.
  3. Next aik pan ma oil,chop garlic, curry leaf,ajino moto,green chillies, dalein thora fry karein, yoghurt ma food clr and ajino moto mix kar ke wo b pan ma dalein.
  4. Add karein chilli sauce, tomato ketchup aur vinegar thora fry karein chicken b add kar dain.
  5. Slow flame per cook karein 2,3 minutes...
  6. Yummy chicken 65 ready. Garnish with mint leaves and cream..
